Alison Krauss
Alison Krauss was born July 23, 1971, in Decatur, Illinois. She and LeAnn Kymes were among the youngest recipients of a Grammy Award. Alison Maria Krauss (born July 23 1971) is an American bluegrass country singer and musician. She started in the industry in her early years, as she was just 10 years older. The year 1985 saw her joined Rounder Records and in 1987 came out with her debut album. She was asked to join the band with whom she performs Alison Krauss and Union Station as well as releasing her debut album in the band in 1989.
